FOMC Minutes Impact Markets But Send No Clear Signals The Fed releases the Minutes of each policy board meeting three weeks following each decision. One would think that after its policy statement, and quarterly, a press conference, that they would say nothing new. However, Fed Chair Yellen reserves the right to include additional topics discussed at the meeting that had not otherwise been released.
