Central banks are supposed to calm markets but instead they have become a source of market volatility as can be seen by the price action following the Bank of Japan's surprise decision to keep policy unchanged. This sets the stage for a new month and the questions seems when, not if EURUSD makes a run at 1.15. See what would trigger such a move and what would negate it.
