No Rush to Buy Dollars

If the Fed is in no rush to raise rates then the market should be in no rush to buy dollars.  I wrote this a few weeks ago and it still holds true today as a data dependent market continues to look for a rebound in US economic activity after a weather depressed first quarter. This has seen the dollar struggle to regain upward momentum as expectations of a Fed rate hike have been pushed out to September even as the central bank has left the door open for a June rate hike.
