The forex market has gone from a period of low volatility to a pickup starting around mid-year 2014 and then moved into the current period of high volatility. Not surprising, the increase in volatility has coincided with the increased momentum in dollar uptrends. Why is this important and does it create conditions for monetary and finance officials to slow the dollar uptrends?
