Data Leaks Have Become the Norm and Nobody Cares

I saw a report on CNBC Friday that showed the S&P traded sharply lower one minute before the February Jobs data were released on Friday. The report showed a chart broken down into micro-seconds of the price action. The U.S. Labor department confirmed that the report. Had been released at 8:32 precisely and apparently computers started to trade at 8:31. This was not an isolated event, it has become the norm.
