Institutional Liquidity LLC (“ILQ”) Discontinues its U.S. Business

Institutional Liquidity LLC (“ILQ”) has notified custoomers that it is discontinuing its business as a retail forex exchange dealer (“RFED”). This appears to be a business decision and according to the notice, all customer funds will be returned in a timely fashion. it is not clear from this notice whether it is just leaving the U.S. and whether it will be maintaining its non-U.S. operations. We will follow up when we have more information.
